Terms & Conditions – Retreat Entry
By purchasing an entry to win a spot at the September Retreat (September 25–28, 2025), you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Entry & Eligibility

Each paid entry equals one chance to win a spot at the retreat.

Multiple entries may be purchased to increase your chances of winning.

Entry is valid only for the September 25–28, 2025 retreat weekend and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organizer.
2. Payment & No Refunds

All entry payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be offered for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts.
3. Winner Notification & Attendance

Winners will be contacted directly by Andrea Hunter Photography with retreat details.

If you are unable to attend after winning, you must notify Andrea Hunter Photography as soon as possible so that your spot may be reassigned to another participant.
4. Organizer Responsibility

Andrea Hunter Photography will provide the retreat experience as described in promotional materials.

In the rare event the retreat cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, Andrea Hunter Photography reserves the right to reschedule or adjust details.
5. Limitation of Liability

Andrea Hunter Photography is not liable for any personal, travel, or other expenses incurred related to participation in the raffle or attendance at the retreat.
6. Agreement

By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund Policy.
